Hiring a cleaning company involves letting people into your building, often when you are not present. Your board, your insurance broker, and your own judgment all have a legitimate interest in knowing that the company you hire carries appropriate coverage.
General Liability Insurance
We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations. This covers damage to your property caused by our crew during a cleaning visit. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote at no charge. If your church requires additional insured status for your property carrier, ask us at the quote stage and we will confirm whether we can accommodate it.
Bonding
We are bonded. Bonding is a form of coverage that protects you against theft or dishonesty by our employees while on your premises. It is not the same as a background check, but it is a meaningful safeguard and a standard we hold ourselves to.
Workers’ Compensation
Our employees are covered by workers’ compensation insurance. This matters to you because if a crew member is injured while cleaning your facility, your property is not exposed to liability for that injury. An uninsured cleaning company puts that risk on you.
22 Years in Business
A company with 22 years of uninterrupted operation has managed its insurance obligations continuously for that period. We have not had a lapse, a lawsuit that caused a policy cancellation, or an incident that removed us from the market. That record is itself a form of reassurance.
Requesting Documentation
To receive a certificate of insurance, request a quote and we will include it in the documentation package. Do not rely on our word alone—read the certificate, confirm the policy limits, and verify the effective dates. We expect and welcome that level of review.
