What to Expect: Your First 30 Days in Lake Elmo

From the first call to an established, working cleaning routine.

Starting a new cleaning relationship involves some uncertainty on both sides. We reduce that by being explicit about every step. Here is how the first 30 days work.

1

Walkthrough

We visit your facility together. We walk every space, note restrictions and special handling requirements, discuss your event calendar, and ask about product preferences or sensitivities. This takes about 30 minutes and costs nothing.

2

Written Scope of Work

Within a few days of the walkthrough, we send you a written scope of work. It lists every area, every task, and how often each task is performed. You review it, request changes, and sign when it is correct. Nothing ambiguous proceeds to a crew.

3

Crew Assignment

We assign a named crew to your account. Unless there is an absence, the same people clean your facility every visit. You meet them on the first visit. They know your building, your preferences, and your restrictions from the written scope.

4

First Clean

The first visit is treated as a baseline: we take slightly more time than a normal visit to establish the standard, address accumulated grime, and confirm that the scope matches the actual space. We note anything that differs from the walkthrough and contact you before proceeding if the difference is significant.

5

30-Day Check-In

After 30 days of service, we schedule a brief call or meeting with your facilities contact. We review what is working, address any concerns, and adjust the scope if needed. Most accounts do not require changes; the check-in is insurance that nothing has quietly fallen short.

Response Commitment

If you contact us with a concern, question, or schedule change request, we respond the same business day if received before 3:00pm, or the next business day otherwise. We do not route concerns through a call center. Your account has one coordinator.
